Leadership & Management Team

The firm is spearheaded by three civil engineering partners who bring extensive technical qualifications and hands-on management background:

• Shri. S. P. Devasur, B.E. (Civil) – Managing Partner

  • Brings over 35 years of experience in residential buildings, schools and colleges, commercial complexes, industrial projects, and interior works. He oversees project planning, approvals, marketing, and project management.

• Shri. Shekhar C. Morabad, B.E. (Civil) – Partner

  • Holds over 30 years of experience specializing in industrial, power, oil & gas, and infrastructure developments, managing engineering services, planning, and execution.

• Shri. Ramangouda D. Karigouda, D.C.E. (Civil) – Partner

  • Has over 12 years of experience across residential, commercial, and interior construction, focusing on marketing and project management​
